yeah,it is easy to giv an interview and say sweet word to public.but if u are failed to show that in action, then u will be listed on the previous management list.u guys hav discriminating system in FAM.giving more priorities to certain players like akram and his brother who are not fit like VB(benjo) in these, but he is not even selected for the national scod if so u will never get a gold.try to avoid this system .football  is game for every young maldivian player not for specific player

I can feel 'jary's frustration and i believe its not just his. Favouring certain players has been within FAM mandate for years and if kaleem is unable to undo that he will come under heavy criticism from public. If kaleem does show within FAM that he is the leader then this can certainly be done. I would like to note here one player who has been neglected in the past is Vitory's Anil. he has been one of the best players this country has seen and he is still showing good form in recent matches as well, still he wasnt given the oppotunity even while he was young. yes he was in the national team but the time he spent on the pitch, i dont think anyone would remember. I am not saying he should be put into the squad, but there are other players just like him where FAM has just neglected and is still neglecting.

I believe M. Kaleem is a much needed leader passion, patience and vision that are so important for success in football. This will be a turning point for Maldivian football. I particularly welcome his invitation for all Maldivian football lovers to comment and contrbiute and participate in the development of our National Team. All the Best to Mohammed Kaleem and the National Team !
